I have written a book devoted to the maturing male! – My Health Book for Over 50’s Men. I really enjoyed researching and writing this book, as I now belong to this ‘exclusive’ club.
In the book I discuss the various health areas – diet, exercise and outlook.
I also debunk some of the common misconceptions about man health.
The message is basically, while 50 is a good age, it is foolish to neglect basic health concerns, and you can continue to live a full and active life.
