I have now completed my book on Men’s Health Over 50 – Fitness For Life.
I really enjoyed creating this book this book, as I recently turned the big 50 myself, well a few years ago actually, and parts of the system are starting to creak, and nudge me every now and then!.
I wanted to know more about staying fit at this age, and as is usual for me I begin with research, and then compile a book about the subject of interest.
It is currently available in eReader format on Amazon, but is also now available in hard copy on CreateSpace too.
